The Platinum Circle is right for you if you want a comprehensive personalized cardiovascular, strength training and nutrition program along with a monthly visit from your personal trainer. Your trainer will perform an assessment with body fat and measurement testing. He or she will then design a program based on your goals, lifestyle, available equipment, injuries and special needs. Your personal trainer will then guide you through the program—and motivate you to achieve the results you want.

The Platinum Circle includes the following:

  • In-home Fitness Assessment performed quarterly by your trainer to evaluate your measurements, body fat, posture, strength and endurance levels. These tests establish a baseline for your training and goal setting.
  • In-home Training Session once a month to demonstrate exercises and check your form as well as answer any questions. (Additional sessions available if needed).
  • Customized Cardiovascular Training Program changed and updated every 4 weeks based on your personal goals. It includes detailed direction on exercise type, frequency, and duration.
  • Custom Strength Training Program that will be changed and updated every 4 weeks (includes video demos and start and finish exercise pictures, exercise instructions as well as details on sets and reps). Your comprehensive program with include exercises using dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls, BOSU balls, body weight, weight machines or whatever equipment you have available.
  • Personal Customized Web Site to track your fitness and nutrition progress, access fitness information and communicate with your personal trainer.
  • Custom Meal Plan that uses the USDA food pyramid to detail the type of food you should be eating every day. It provides caloric recommendations and valuable information on serving size, food categories and more.
  • Nutritional Database access to look up data such as calories, carbohydrates, fats, etc. for over 7,000 unique food items.
  • Motivational Phone Coaching session with your personal trainer once a month (with opportunity to add more based on your needs).
  • Unlimited Access to your Trainer via e-mail for questions and advice.
  • Printable and Online Workout Logsto record details of your workout sessions.
  • Results Tracker with graphs charting your progress (weight, body fat, etc.)
  • Healthy Recipes to make at home.
  • Nutritional Tips to use when eating out or cooking at home.
  • Message Boards to communicate with other Callen Fitness training members.
  • Fitness Articles to provide you access to the latest health information.
  • Daily Fitness Tips help you reach goal and encourage you everyday.
  • Heart Rate Chart
  • BMI (Body Mass Index) Calculator
